Connie Whitlock is a recording and performing artist, plays the piano, is a vocalist, a songwriter, and is savvy at knowing how to use the stage. This vibrant energetic musician and instructor has been playing piano since she was three years old. Connie has been musically educated through private instruction, a college experience, and has spent the last three years under the tutelage of Phil Rogers. She offers instruction in piano, vocal, and stage performance.
Connie has played live with David Ruis, Kevin Prosch, Carl Tuttle, Eddie Espinosa, and many other artists. She has played Vineyard conferences in California and in the Kansas City area and has built multiple worship teams and bands across the KC metro area. This musician is also a songwriter and teaches songwriting clinics for KCCM. This recording artist has also been in many different bands like Airborne, Grandeur, Lapistone, and now is a part of a new group in Kansas City called Chicken and Dumplings, with a Side of Biscuit. This band play some cover tunes along with some original co-written songs by the band.
This multi-talented musician has been teaching music over the years and started Musicians By Design Music School. This school has now merged with RFM in the quest to link arms with RFM and helps its mission in bringing solid instruction to a talented student base.
